Potato chips with pink pepper and lime

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pink pepper
  • Lime zest

PROCEDURE

  • Wash and finely slice the potatoes with a slicer. @rgv-1982
  • Rinse them thoroughly under running water to remove the starch.
  • Dry them with paper towels, season with oil, and place them in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 200°C, turning them once.
  • You can also bake them in the oven or fry them.
  • Season with salt, pink pepper, and grated lime zest.
