Potato millefeuille with smoked salmon, feta cheese, and lime

POTATO MILLEFEUILLE WITH SMOKED SALMON, FETA CHEESE, AND LIME

You can also call them turrets, but in any case, they are irresistible!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE (12 towers)

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g Greek feta cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 whole lime (only the zest will be used)

PROCEDURE

  • Wash the potatoes and slice them to a thickness of about 2.5 mm.
  • Place them in a covered container and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the potato slices on a baking sheet, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius 👉🏻 Fan for 10 minutes. Check that they are cooked and golden brown. If necessary, continue baking (it all depends on the thickness of the potato slices).
  • Assemble the mille-feuille by alternating layers of potatoes and chopped smoked salmon.
  • Add a generous grating of lime and you're good to go!
