PUFF PASTRY AND APPLE SWIRLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
  • 1 large Golden Delicious apple
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

PROCEDURE

  • Slice the apples to a thickness of 2 mm using a slicer.
  • Divide the roll of puff pastry into 4 parts.
  • Place the sliced apples on each half of the puff pastry strips lengthwise and fold the pastry over the apples, then roll it up tightly to form a rose shape.
  • Line a cake pan with parchment paper, sprinkle sugar on the bottom, place the swirls upside down, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven, let it cool, add powdered sugar, and eat!
