Bruschetta with prosciutto, pears, taleggio cheese, honey, and walnuts

BRUSCHETTA WITH RAW HAM, PEARS, TALEGGIO CHEESE, HONEY, AND WALNUTS

Have you ever tried making bruschetta in a pan?

Use homemade bread and place it in a pan with oil. Brown on both sides until crispy, then add the ingredients you want.

I added taleggio cheese, which melted with the heat, freshly sliced prosciutto, thinly sliced pears, then walnuts and a little honey.

finishing touch: caramelize the pears with a blowtorch.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 BRUSCHETTAS

  • 4 slices of homemade bread
  • extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • 16 slices of Taleggio cheese
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 Kaiser pears
  • 8 walnuts
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 1 tablespoon honey (to taste)

PROCEDURE

  • Slice the prosciutto very thinly and the pears to a thickness of 2 mm.
  • Place the bread slices in a non-stick pan with oil and brown them well on both sides.
  • Place the taleggio cheese on the warm bread, add the arugula, prosciutto, pears, walnuts, and honey.
  • If you want to caramelize everything, use a blowtorch, or you can enjoy it as it is—it will be exceptional!

Enjoy your meal!
