This gluten-free, lactose-free apple cake with honey instead of sugar is truly delicious.
It is made with rice flour and honey.

  • zest of 1 lemon<\/li>

    • Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (static).<\/li>
    • Beat the eggs with the honey, add the seed oil<\/li>
    • Mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, and lemon zest.<\/li>
    • Put everything in the bowl with the liquid ingredients and mix well.<\/li>
    • Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores.<\/li>
    • Slice them with a slicer to the desired thickness.<\/li>
    • Grease and flour a 24 cm cake pan, pour in the batter, and then add the apple slices.<\/li>
